Privacy policy

You can read the guides without an account. Search terms and reading progress stay in your browser. The public site has no advertising tags, analytics SDKs, embedded video players or third-party fonts.

Reading progress on this device

Selecting “Mark this guide as read” saves the article identifier in this site's local storage. It is not sent to the server. Select the same button again to remove a mark, or clear all reading marks below. Clearing site data in your browser also removes them. Private browsing may discard them when the session ends.

Visiting a page

Your browser sends the information needed to serve the page, including your IP address, requested URL and browser headers. Hosting and network services process connections to deliver and secure the site. Avoid putting personal information in a URL. Typing in the guide library filters a list already loaded in your browser.

Corrections and privacy requests

When you submit the contact form, the site stores the category, your message, the time and a random receipt number in a private inbox on our server. A reply email is optional. Include one if you want an answer. We use submissions to review corrections and handle requests. On each new submission, the inbox removes messages older than 90 days. A message can remain longer during periods with no submissions. To request deletion sooner, use the privacy category and include your receipt. Please do not send passwords, game saves, identity documents or sensitive information.

External sources and advertising

Some guides offer an optional screenshot preview. Selecting “Show screenshot” connects your browser to the named external image host, which receives your IP address and browser request headers. It loads only after you select it. Opening an external source also connects you to that service. Its privacy rules apply. The site currently uses no Google ad code and sets no advertising cookies. If we introduce advertising, we will update this page before enabling it and provide the notices and consent choices required for that implementation.
